You can, however we do have wraps and gloves that you can borrow.
No, we only use the gym space for Personal Training and group fitness classes.

Yes, we have three showers available in our women’s change room and two in our men’s change room.
We offer a variety of classes, any person at any fitness level is welcome to join us. Please call our studio to have a custom class program created for you.
No problem. You can start with Sweat The Small Stuff; this class is low impact and will help you build your core. You can also modify in all of our classes. Please inform your instructor of your fitness level so they can offer modifications.
