Where should I park?

There is metered street parking close by, please allow yourself an extra 5-10 minutes to find parking, 2 hour free parking on Beach Ave (limited spots), 2 hour free parking lot under the Granville Street Bridge.

Do all classes require shoes?

You can be barefoot for The Flow, Sweat the Small Stuff, Release & The Practice Ritual. Otherwise, please wear runners.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, we have beautiful Halfmoon yoga mats.

Do I need to bring my own gloves for boxing?

You can, however we do have wraps and gloves that you can borrow.

Can you workout in the gym outside of class hours?

No, we only use the gym space for Personal Training and group fitness classes.

How big are you class sizes?

14 - 40 depending on the class type.

Are there showers?

Yes, we have three showers available in our women's change room and two in our men's change room.

What kinds of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes, any person at any fitness level is welcome to join us. Please call our studio to have a custom class program created for you.

What if I have never worked out before?

You can start with Sweat The Small Stuff, this class is low impact and will help you build your core. You can also modify in all of our classes. Please inform your instructor with your fitness level so they can offer modifications.
